I woke up early one morning to help decorate the fence at school - just a small token of appreciation for the class of 2020 which includes both Hui boys. COVID-19 is still spreading so despite following the face covering trends and buying in to anti-bac products, the kids had to finish the school year distant learning from home.
Truman and Presley celebrated their major milestone of completing middle and elementary school in the comfort of our family room.
Away with grad night, Pali camp, and yearbook signings. There was not even a traditional ceremony to give them some right of passage towards their next chapter.
This proud mama made the best of it with posters and banners, major words of encouragement, lots of touchy-feelies...
And a take out sushi celebratory dinner.
I know this is just a blip in their timeline compared to all the amazing and wonderful experiences and opportunities that will come their way. My baby boys are so bright, capable, and self assured.
Congrats to my future high schooler...
And my future middle schooler!
