After a week in Hong Kong, I flew to Tokyo to make my family's wayfaring dreams come true.

Happy 2025 from Hong Kong's Victoria Harbor! 

After five years, we flew over the Pacific Ocean again to spend six days with David's family and to witness my brother-n-law say, "I Do" to his soul mate.  

Seaside life

During winter break, we took a little road trip down the coast to a little town called Cambria.  We've never been.  Turns out we REALLY like little (dog friendly) towns by the sea.

We spent the first week of winter vacation at, now, one of our favorite Mexican beach resort cities, Puerto Vallarta.  The kids discovered the term all-inclusive and how it could solve all of life's problems.  Five days was certainly not enough time to devise a plan on how to convince David we should stay for five more days.  We captured this one last family photo before leaving paradise...rested, relaxed, and minutes away from wanting to miss our flight home.
